Everything . Everybody was smiling . That's what I loved the most .

Would have liked more Indian food options .

Loved hanging by the pool, the views are stunning. Room was great, comfy and very clean. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed the acoustic session at the bar, very relaxed. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. We would stay again.

A map of the resort at check in would have been helpful or someone to at least show us to our room. Check in process was a little confusing and long.

As i worked 10 years in the field of tourism i can confirm undoubtly this is the best Hotel have ever seen Just Tooooooooooop ???????????? Want to recommend it to everyone

I was just here few weeks ago during my birthday, and decided to return to The Westin Ubud again. I had the best sleep ever the last time I was here, and left feeling well rested. Wrapping up the year 2023 with another visit to The Westin Ubud is the best plan i’ve ever made! Thanks to their really amazing team, Tude, Winny, Pande, Yana, Komang, Radit, Nesa, Duty Managers - Era and Arya, housekeeping team, express service team, front desk team, and everyone else who made my stay here the most memorable. Not to mention, I also had a very pleasant time and experience at the Heavenly Spa. This is definitely my go to hotel in Ubud! Yes there are other luxury hotels in this area, but The Westin concept and facilities is what suits my preference and taste best. Modern rooms and facilities mixed with Balinese tradition, i just love it here! This won’t be the last time i’m here, i’ll be coming back here soon for sure. Everything! We stayed there for 2 nights and we wished that we booked it for the whole trip. The room was super clean. breakfast serves different variety of food. Pool view was super dreamy. Staff were extremely kind. I enjoyed their free Yoga. They have a kids center as well. This resort is perfect whether ur planning for your family trip, couples getaway or a solo trip.

The resort isn’t too big. location is 20 minutes from Ubud centre (not bad).

The location in the jungle.. Was peaceful.. The staff were humble very courteous. Place was very clean.

That the pool closed too early so no night swimming was allowed. Would be great to provide halal foods for Muslims.

I’ve visited many top chains of hotels and I usually don’t write reviews because it’s mandatory for them to represent best quality in hospitality. When it comes to The Westin Ubud, I have to write review! This hotel is amazing, especially staff members! They welcome you and take care of you with PASSION on every single step! From reception, through waiters ending on gardeners ! It really feels comfortable and homie in this hotel. I can compare and say that their staff kindness is above some of Fours Seaons, Mandarin Oriental or JW Mariott! If you really want to feel this immersive experience you have to stay at this hotel! Congrats General Manger and whole team staff! It was a pleasure for me to stay at your hotel, will come back for sure! Also one thing that also impressed me: -I lost my stuff on plane, concierge call to airport and made sure that I can pick up when I’ll departure from an airline. Big thanks to Yupa!

I wasn’t planning on staying here until I decided last minute and I’m so happy it turned out this way! This hotel is only a couple of weeks old, beautiful, very clean, very comfortable and has an amazing pool. They also have a very cute morning yoga class that you can enjoy with a beautiful view on the jungle. The staff is just lovely and very welcoming. I look forward to staying here again!

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Opened just about 2 weeks ago, and everything was great - even for people like us not interested in any of the wellness activities like spa or yoga. For some reason the poolside always had a few empty beds, and the pool itself had a beautiful view over the edge. Rooms are compact, but quite comfortable with a great selection of TV channels and a great bathroom area. The overall design of the place is not over the top - it’s what I could describe as confident, a bit minimalistic but tasteful. An amazing breakfast as well! Elevators are a bit weird, though - we never managed to figure out how to get to any floor above the 5th from the pool area without walking two flights of stairs into the restaurant first. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, maybe even a bit too much at times. This being said, it didn’t seem like they were too aware of the area around, for example they didn’t know of any nearby 24/7 supermarkets (which would be Coco Market, by the way). Room TVs were set to a god awful 60fps mode where every movie looks like a news segment. If you get a chance to get the pool view room, go for it - garden view ones are exactly the same but feel somewhat inferior (probably because of the mirrored interior). Not much to do around the hotel - every nearby street is local. Gojek/Grab are already having problems picking people up from the gates (our driver was photographed by a local taxi man and threatened a bit - big issue for Ubud), and the “official” ride to downtown Ubud costs around 100/110k rupees (can be called from the reception and charged to the room). All in all, the place was just excellent (nitpicking above aside). Compact but spacious rooms, the territory itself, the view from the pool, the service (someone offered to clean my glasses once by the pool, and I didn’t even have them with me) - very relaxing. Stayed there for 1 night, but loved the place so much we booked another room for another night.

The staff were helpful and friendly, including the GM who helped solve a few problems personally when we checked in.

The draconian policy of banning any smoking on private outdoor balconies and in outdoor restaurants deserves to be called out. I would like the hotel to make sure that this unreasonable policy is made very clear before people book at this hotel (so that they can make their informed choice of where to stay). As for location, the property is undesirably situated about 5km and 20mins+ drive in the usual daytime traffic conditions from most tourist attractions (including Ubud town centre)

Very soft comfortable bed, with clean linen. The view from our room is the forest. If you are looking for a quite and peaceful ambience in Ubud, this is the place

We stayed 3 nights, on our second day they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to change the towels and some bottled water.
